Wheels On Wheels is closed, but not forgotten, and neither are you.
Thank you all for your support.
It's Official, Wheels On Wheels has closed it's doors. After a year of trying to find someone to purchase the store, I'm as sad as all of you that we closed. But I won't forget all the great people I've meet over the years, and wanted to send out a special Thank You. So Thank You, I have a lot of good memories and some great stories to share. Keep me on your list to continue receiving my newsletters and I'll do my best to keep you updated.
Many of you have asked the question of what will I be doing next? My answer is still the same as it was then, "I don't know". But I say that in a good way and I'm going to take some time to way out all my options that I have on the table. Bike Transport is going to be the primary focus but that brings with it many other opportunities as well.
My first plans are to take two months off and do some traveling with my dogs and my bike, loose of few of these pounds that I've put on while running the shop and start doing my diary of my travels. Over the years, I've heard from many of you that you enjoy getting my travel reports so I'll continue to send these out to keep you all posted. After that, it's the big bike show, INTERBIKE, held in Las Vegas, so that's where I'll start getting some answers to what I'll be doing next. I've even been talking with some local bike shop owners about doing some work with them, so I may stay in San Diego longer than thought. But all of this is up in the air and before the beginning of 2011 I'll know what I'm doing.
Once again, Thank you all for your support, you'll be missed but not forgotten.
